Concept-faithful writing

Your ideas, in good prose, and nothing else.

Ernest takes what you mean to say, gives it the structure of good human writing, writes it, and then checks the result against your ideas: every concept kept, nothing slipped in.

How it works

Four steps, each one visible in the report, with who did it and how long it took.

  1. Concepts

You list your ideas, one per line, and indent one under another to say how they connect.

  2. Plan

Ernest chooses the order of moves for your ideas, the way practised writers build an argument or a story.

  3. Write

A language model writes one sentence per move, using only your concepts, and skips a move rather than invent.

  4. Check

The output's concepts are extracted blind and matched to yours: what was kept, what is missing, what is new.

Principles

Ernest is built to keep you the author of what you say.

Faithful by design

Every run reports coverage and originality, and flags each added claim, so a fluent sentence never hides a new idea.

Built on real prose

Openly licensed, human-written texts, each credited with its author and licence.

Its own models

Ernest writes and checks with models of its own, trained on that prose and run on its own servers. Every run is saved with its settings and the software build, for you alone.
